Your new company
A global manufacturing business is looking for a HR Advisor to provide value adding, operational support within their UK office based north of Bradford. Being responsible for one site, while working in a team which looks after the UK and Ireland businesses as a whole, communicating closely with the Head Office HR teams based in Europe.
Your new role
As HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing support and advise to operational Managers across a range of project area such as employee relations, succession planning, company policy and legislation and recruitment. This role is a fully generalist position and will allow you to showcase and develop your experience within a challenging and highly commercial environment.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working within HR previously, ideally within a manufacturing or logistics sector. You will need to be experienced in ER casework, giving advice and guidance to Managers, as well as having a good knowledge of employment law. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style are required.
A CIPD Certification or post graduate diploma in HRM.
